| When you adopt a child from another country, whether that child is of another race or not, the family dynamic is changed forever. Your family becomes a trans-racial and/or trans-cultural family forever. Adoptive parents need to keep that in mind when making the decision to adopt internationally and when choosing the country from which they are adopting.
